BOOKING NOTES & TERMS
- These base prices do not include long weekends or school holidays.
- Tariffs are subject to seasonal variation and availability.
- Single night stays, if available, are surchaged from $25.
- Booking confirmation accepted on deposit by credit card, cheque or EFT.
- Balance is payable in full, on or before arrival prior to occupancy.
- Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 10am.

- Cots are available for hire at a cost of $20 per night.
- Cancellations - deposits (less admin fee of 25%) are refundable only if a min
of 7 days notice is given and if apartment is rebooked for the entire period. - **Cancellations of bookings during peak holiday periods forfeit deposit in total**
- To maintain quiet relaxation for all guests, Mollymook Cove has a strict No Entertaining/No Party policy.
- **Credit Card details are used as security guarantee against any damages or extra cleaning**.
